Sprint Status
One thread runs through this sprint: build a new-client acquisition engine — a locked offer, a page that converts, paid traffic pointed at it, and the email lifecycle to nurture and close the leads it generates — then layer in the strategy work that makes all of it smarter over time. The page is live and Google Ads are running.

At a Glance
Where the Sprint Stands
Everything below is grouped into what's done, what's waiting on your review, what's moving now, and what's still ahead. The big shift since the last update: the landing page is live and Google Ads are running against it — the acquisition engine is switched on and taking traffic.
Section 1
Accomplished
Done and off the board.
Live
New Customer Landing Page — Built & Live
The page is built and live. Offer locked, outline approved, page shipped. This was the gate on everything else in the acquisition engine, and it's cleared.
Live
Google Ads — Running
Campaigns are live and driving traffic to the new-customer offer. First paid channel is on.
Done
Summer Offers
Live. Trifecta built these in-house — it was on the sprint agenda, and it's done.
Done
New Customer Offer — Defined & Locked
The offer itself is nailed down. It's the anchor for the landing page, the ads, and the welcome flow.
Done
Landing Page — Outline Drafted & Approved
Page structure written and signed off, which cleared the build.
Section 2
In Progress & In Review
What we're actively building, and what's sitting with you for a look. The two items marked In Review are waiting on Trifecta's sign-off before we execute.
Building
Welcome Flow
Email automation for new-customer acquisition — nurture and close the leads the live page and Google Ads are already generating. Aligned to the locked new-customer offer.
In Review
Meta Ads — Strategy
Paid social strategy is drafted and with Trifecta for review. Once the strategy is approved we build and launch the campaigns against the same offer.
In Review
Audience Segmentation
Segments are built and with Trifecta for review. These are the foundation the welcome flow and every future campaign send on.
Section 3
Still To Do
The remaining work, grouped to show how the pieces fit together. The acquisition engine itself is now either live or in review — everything below is the layer that makes it smarter and broadens the reach.
To Do
Social Content with Taylor
Collaborate with Trifecta's social media lead on content.
To Do
User Journey Map
Map how a customer moves from first touch to booked-and-returning.
To Do
Customer Avatars
Develop the core customer profiles.
To Do
AI Agent for the Business
Integrate the journey map and avatars into an AI agent for Trifecta, including email-marketing features.
To Do
Private Classes
Work with owner Anna on getting the most out of the private-classes offering.
To Do
Website Design Improvements
Improve the site's design.
Section 4
What's Next
The remaining items, sequenced by priority — what we tackle first, and why. With the page live and Google Ads running, the near-term priority is catching that traffic: get the two review items signed off, then finish and launch the welcome flow.
- Sign off audience segmentation — your review unblocks it. Foundation the welcome flow and every campaign build on.
- Sign off the Meta ads strategy — your review unblocks the build and launch. Second paid channel onto the same live page and offer.
- Welcome flow — finish and launch — nurture and close the leads the live page and Google Ads are already generating. Traffic is flowing now; this is what converts it.
- Meta ads — build and launch — once the strategy is approved. Adds reach on top of a channel we know is converting.
- User journey map — how a customer moves from first touch to booked-and-returning. Foundation for avatars and the AI agent.
- Customer avatars — who we're targeting. Feeds ad targeting, content, and the AI agent.
- Social content with Taylor — collaborate on content. Runs in parallel; not blocked by the engine work.
- Website design improvements — broader site polish. Improves the experience all channels land on.
- AI agent for the business — built on the journey map and avatars, including email-marketing features. Compounds everything above once those inputs exist.
- Private classes with Anna — revenue optimization on an existing offering. Owner-dependent; scheduled around Anna's availability.
Section 5
What We Need From You
Two reviews are the current bottleneck — those are the fastest things you can do to keep the sprint moving.
- Meta ads strategy review — read through and approve the paid social strategy so we can build and launch the campaigns.
- Audience segmentation review — sign off on the segments so the welcome flow and future campaigns can send against them.
- Anna — time to work through the private-classes opportunity together.
- Taylor — a working session to align on social content direction and cadence.
- Sign-offs — approvals on ad creative and welcome-flow emails as each comes up for review.
